Jewelweed has long been used to treat poison ivy, poison oak, and other skin ailments. It contains two methoxy-1, four napthoquinine, an anti-inflammatory and fungicide that's actually the active ingredient of Preparation H.

We recommend spraying the affected area as often as needed. You should notice the itching and redness gradually subsiding.
